• Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

• During sales, holidays, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and selected shipping method.

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Any applicable terms will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed.

• Lagos: 1–3 business days

• Other locations within Nigeria: 3–7 business days

Order Tracking

Delays

While we strive to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occur due to weather conditions, courier issues, customs clearance, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances. Clothing Lambs is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address and contact information are accurate before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at clothinglambs@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

International Shipping

If international shipping is available, customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities.
